Education can be made more interesting and exciting if the teaching techniques are child-oriented. Through this approach we give ample opportunity to the child to exhibit and improve his or her talents and skills, effectively trying to bring holistic developement in the child.

For the actual practice of these techniques in the classroom, a teacher needs the teaching materials and the aids to make his or her activity more interesting and successful. Under these circumstances we have developed two types of teaching materials, Sambhota Educational Resource Materials (SERM) which include different visual charts and supplimentary reading materials in Tibetan aTibetan and English, and Activity Teaching Materials (ATM) which are tailored for Tibetan schools to initiate activities in the actual classroom situation.
