| PART B: PROJECT CONTEXT |
| B.1. Problem statement: |
The prime objective of Tibetan coming to exile is to preserve & promote our language and cultural heritage, which are purposely destroying by the Chinese. And it is fact that, sustainability of our culture definitely depends upon the development and enrichment of Tibetan language. But the plain fact is that, there scarcity of Children literature in Tibetan language, especially for lower Primary children. |

* To publish variety of children literatures which can help developing Tibetan language skills among children & to make them a whole human being.

To develop attitude & appreciation of learning Tibetan literature, through which we can promote and share our richness of Tibetan cultural values to the whole world. |

There is no choice of reading materials for our school going children. The need of variety of children literature is felt by teachers and parents both. |

The project will be monitor & evaluated by Head office (STSS) Dharamsala. The dealing Project section (DOE) will examine all the related activities of project and submit its periodical and completion reports with financial statement and pictures to concerned donors for necessary accountability & transparency. |
